We would like to share some exciting news! Cirrus Labs has partnered with PiRKS Preventative Health Management Program! This program brings tremendous value to you as an employee and is backed by Zurich North America. We deeply care about the well-being of our staff which is why we are implementing this program!

 

Enrollment:

• All employees are being opted into the program.  To learn more please call your Benefits Hotline at (602) 805-8100 April 4th through April 14th Monday through Friday 8am – 7pm CST.  This program is NOT designed to reduce your take home pay.

 

• Opt Out – If you do not wish to participate, please call your Benefits Hotline at (602) 805-8100 April 1st through April 14th Monday through Friday 8am – 7pm CST to learn more about the program and make an informed decision about the program and have your questions answered.

This does NOT replace your current medical plan but provides you unlimited access to additional resources for living a healthier lifestyle. PiRKS has four exciting components. Therefore, we are excited and this is why we have chosen to partner with PiRKS Preventative Health:
